Blackpool has several based operators who offer flying lessons at very reasonable rates, or you can take a pleasure flight in one of our many smaller aircraft for a bird’s eye view of the local area.
Hangar 42 – Their mission is to refurbish WW2 Royal Air Force Aircraft and Vehicles with a view to returning them to a fully operational standard. They are open to the Public every Saturday in 2024 Between April and November from 10am – 4 pm, with additional week day openings listed on their website homepage www.spitfirevisitorcentre.co.uk
